Through dialogue between artists and researchers, moderated by representatives of the <\/span><b>Northern Drawing School<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> network, these events aim to develop a language that can extend across disciplinary boundaries, a language grounded in our shared experience and its underlying fundamental forms.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The evening will begin with an introduction to the concept of <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">fundamental forms<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, followed by two lectures and a moderated conversation between the speakers and the audience.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The theme of the evening, <\/span><b>\u201cFrom Chaos to Form,\u201d<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> concerns the initial moment when the ever-changing chaos crystallizes into a meaningful and communicable form.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Our guides for this exploration are <\/span><b>Magnus Aspenberg<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, senior lecturer in mathematics at <\/span><b>Lund University<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, specializing in dynamical systems, chaos and fractals, and <\/span><b>Fatima Moallim<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, a Malm\u00f6-based artist whose work includes performances in which the undefined presence of a space gradually emerges through drawn forms.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<b>Northern Drawing School (NDS)<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> is a Northern European network of art academies whose aim is to develop drawing and the practice of drawing, both within artistic education and academia, as a cross-disciplinary tool.<\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The representatives of NDS, who will also provide the introduction, are <\/span><b>Samuel Nyholm<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, Professor of Illustration at <\/span><b>HfK Bremen<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, and <\/span><b>Adam Nilsson<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and <\/span><b>Sofie Konradsson<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, cognitive scientist and art historian respectively, who serve as interdisciplinary coordinators at NDS.<\/span>"},"_links":{"self":[{"href":"https:\/\/skissernasmuseum.se\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/lagonda_event\/13215","targetHints":{"allow":["GET"]}}],"collection":[{"href":"https:\/\/skissernasmuseum.se\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/lagonda_event"}],"about":[{"href":"https:\/\/skissernasmuseum.se\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/types\/lagonda_event"}],"author":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/skissernasmuseum.se\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/users\/12"}],"wp:featuredmedia":[{"embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/skissernasmuseum.se\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media\/13214"}],"wp:attachment":[{"href":"https:\/\/skissernasmuseum.se\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/media?parent=13215"}],"wp:term":[{"taxonomy":"lagonda_event_cat","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/skissernasmuseum.se\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/lagonda_event_cat?post=13215"},{"taxonomy":"lagonda_event_tag","embeddable":true,"href":"https:\/\/skissernasmuseum.se\/en\/wp-json\/wp\/v2\/lagonda_event_tag?post=13215"}],"curies":[{"name":"wp","href":"https:\/\/api.w.org\/{rel}","templated":true}]}}
