With infinite potential and\u00a0<\/span>increasingly\u00a0<\/span><\/span>few technical limitations, virtual worlds in\u00a0<\/span>video\u00a0<\/span><\/span>games can\u00a0<\/span>almost\u00a0<\/span><\/span>be experienced as reality. Juana Maria Garcia is\u00a0<\/span>currently working on her<\/span><\/span>\u00a0PhD and together we\u00a0<\/span>will explore<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>the architecture of the gaming world! During this event, Garcia will present\u00a0<\/span>her<\/span><\/span> work in virtual architecture, then she leads a panel discussion with game developers from Massive and Sharkmob in Malm\u00f6. T<\/span>his<\/span><\/span>\u00a0<\/span><\/span>event<\/span><\/span> is made in collaboration with Malm\u00f6 University<\/span>.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/div>\r\n

Juana Mar\u00eda Garc\u00eda Ladr\u00f3n de Guevara is an architect with a degree from Polytechnic University of Alicante, specializing in computer graphics for architecture from Polytechnic University of Madrid, focusing on architectural 3D design and visualization. As a PhD researcher in architectural communication at Polytechnic University of Madrid (UPM), she is interested in the digitalization and graphic representation of architecture, and how it relates to technology and video games.
