Fri entré

“SUBKULTUREN” (The Subculture) is a work that highlights the power of community and the profound significance of belonging. Subcultures play a crucial role in society as spaces for identity, expression, and resistance. They create room for individuals to find their place, challenge norms, and shape alternative communities.

With “SUBKULTUREN”, we explore how these communities emerge and the magic that unfolds when people come together in a shared rhythm. The piece invites audiences into a playful collective experience, where the energy between people grows and creates something greater than the sum of its parts. Here, not only movement and rhythm are celebrated, but also the power that arises in connection – a reminder that together, we can shape new worlds, both big and small.

Presented in the Birgit Rausing Hall.

The performance is produced by Bobbi Lo.
