Southern Sweden Circus Festival: Temporary Sculptures
Free admission
Temporary Sculptures explores the meeting point between sculpture, machines, and juggling. The humanoid sculptures create unique visual expressions and patterns, highlighting different juggling techniques by presenting them outside the human body. The project celebrates curiosity, imagination, and humanity’s desire to understand how objects work, with the aim of making abstract juggling more accessible.
Performance at 6 pm. The sculptures will be on display from 5 to 7 pm.
Created and performed by Rikard Holmstedt.
This programme is part of Southern Sweden Circus Festival 2026, Skåne’s international circus festival. From 28 August to 12 September 2026, audiences are invited to experience colourful performances and world-class contemporary circus from around the globe.
